Quizzical minds, find some answers here…
Q: I bought a ticket for the show in Chandler — is there anything I need to do?
A: Nope. Everybody who purchased a ticket for the Chandler show will automatically be re-ticketed for Tempe. There is nothing you need to do (except show up and enjoy the music)!
Q: I have a ticket for Chandler, but I can’t make it to Tempe. What should I do?
A: We’re so very sorry! If you need to cancel your tickets because of the venue change, follow the links in your original ticket confirmation email and your tickets will be refunded with our sincerest apologies. Chandler is about a half-hour away from Tempe, so hopefully you can find a ride with some friends?
Q: What about the Arizona Railway Museum? Isn’t that in Chandler?
A: Indeed. But our friends from the Railway Museum will be with us in Tempe, so all of you train-heads can get your fix of steam engines and such.
Q: What is this ‘ticket lottery’ and how does it work?
A: We are releasing a limited number of tickets for Oakland, San Pedro, Marfa and Austin. If you would like to purchase tickets to these shows, you must enter the lottery. Sign up via Facebook or at Railroadrevivaltour.com. If your name is selected in the random drawing, you will have the opportunity to purchase 2 tickets to the RRT. Only one entry per person. Only one site per entry.
Q: Can I enter the lottery four times, once for each city?
A: No. You can only enter the lottery once. Multiple entries will be disqualified. You will be asked to choose a city when you enter.
Q: I won the RRT ticket lottery! What happens next?
A: Congratulations! You may purchase your tickets. You will receive an email with instructions and will have 24 hours to make your purchase. SeeRailroadrevivaltour.com for official guidelines.
Q: I would like to buy tickets to the show in New Orleans. How does that work?
A: Tickets for the New Orleans show are available at Railroadrevivaltour.com — but they’re going fast and will be gone soon, so hurry up!
Q: I just got a beautiful RRT ticket in the mail. Is this my real ticket?
A: Yes. This is very important. Do NOT lose your ticket. BRING IT WITH YOU to the show. Only official RRT tickets will be honored.
Q: I ordered my tickets but haven’t received them yet. Should I be worried?
A: Nope. Hang tight and remember to check your mailbox. Your tickets are on their way!
16 days to go! Can’t wait to see you all there.
