The Austin 5000 tour was a blast! Eleven shows. Eight cities. What a way to round off the last 18 months on the road.
Shout out to everyone who made it such a sick party, and to all of you who joined us at Austin City Limits and Life Is Beautiful Festival. Massive thanks to Jason Agron for documenting this tour every step of the way too.
We’re very proud to announce details of a new live film, ‘Live From South Africa: Dust And Thunder’ premiering in selected cinemas worldwide from November 8 (U.S. screenings from November 15).
You can check out the trailer below.
“This was one of the most exciting shows we played on the Wilder Mind tour. It marks a really exciting time in the journey we have taken as band. A journey fuelled by a desire to explore the world and the connection between the communities of musicians who continue to make it feel like a smaller and smaller place.” – Ted

We can’t wait to share this incredible adventure with you all, and hope you’ll join us for the premiere wherever you are.
You may recognise our dear friend Willis. A bold, wise man who knows how to wear a moustache. He’s one of our oldest friends and he’s been with us since day one.
We’ve been noticing, from time to time, questions arising on Mumford & Sons’ social media profiles. We’d like to try to answer or at least attempt to point you in the right direction.
To save clogging up people’s timelines from the Mumford & Sons account, we’ve decided to bring our dear old Willis off the bench to try to answer your questions, with the cool, calm and collected confidence of a man who’s not afraid to accessorise.
He has his own Twitter accounthere – be sure to follow him. He’ll also be checking in to the Mumford & Sons forum from time to time. And he’ll be popping up occasionally on the band’s socials too, and anywhere else he’s needed, to help us to make sure that you’re being heard. He’ll make himself known by name.
How are we? Are we well? We thought that it would be nice to bring a little more sunshine into your summer.
It’s been two months since we released the ‘Johannesburg’ mini-album collaboration, which you might like if you haven’t already heard it cos it’s pretty fucking sick. In that time we’ve had some good friends of ours make some remixes of the tunes.
Chris Baio, whose debut solo album ‘The Names’ came out last year, has done an amazing remix of ‘Fool You’ve Landed’. Chris, also known for being in Vampire Weekend, is a talented motherfucker and turned what was one of the most jammy songs on the record into a weird and wonderful dance track. We love it. Listen!
Who’d’ve known that Robin Brink from Beatenberg was also a badass tech-house producer? We picked up on it whilst on tour because he was the only lad who liked the crap I was playing off my iPad backstage. Anyway he’s completely reinvented ‘Si Tu Veux’ and it’s awesome. Check out more from him under the nameOkay Shades.
And who else but pop-star-by-day-superhero-by-nightJack Garratt has managed to turn ‘Wona’ into a hit-smash-fest. He saves the day again.
Football fans unite. The new season is upon us and we cordially invite all lovers of the great game to join our Fantasy League.
Kick off is tomorrow so if you haven’t already picked your team you better hurry. Winner gets a signed Mumford & Sons football and jersey (and bragging rights).
